This is a very compact, small and very minimalistic skin for Launchy (www.launchy.net). My favourite... ^^

It's a .rar-file, so you will need WinRar (www.win-rar.com)
The .rar contains a font... for the best result put it into your font folder...

I hope you like it...

Btw: I experimented with a new kind of reflection...
The preview image is original size.

Required time: 2 hours from the idea to the finished result (with scripting)

Path for the skin folder: X:\...\Launchy\Skins\Minimalism\

Constructive criticism and suggestions are welcome ^^

Hi, i know this was posted a while ago, butt.....

...I have been looking for a launchy skin to suit my GUI. I found this one to be so, so close. Only thing i need it to be narrower, 180 pixels wide in total to be exact.

I have no idea how to make a launchy skin, so will you be so generous as to tell me how i can re-size it.

Also the white border i have managed to change to the color i need, except for the drop down menu, again maybe you can tell how its done.

Thanks in Advance

I re-sized and re-scripted it for you, because this process is hard to explain... for me.
Now the skin is exactly 180px wide. You can download it here: "[link]"
You just have to change the color of the border.

If you want to change the color of the drop down menu border, go to the skin folder and open the style.qss.
Scroll down until you reach this row: "QListWidget#alternatives {".
Now change "border-color: white" in "border-color: rbg(X,Y,Z)".

Doesn't look good!

BUT...

When you add transparency to it, it looks awesome!

Thanks for the great skin!

Outch! That was a long time ago... I no longer use Launchy. I guess if you use an alpha PNG image it should work. You can work with transparency using Paint.net. It's very easy! Good luck! :)
